Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account email and name, if you create an account.
• The properties you search or look up, including PINs and addresses.
• Your orders: which packets or assessment checks you purchased, and their status.
• If you use “Watch this property”: your email address, the address or PIN you asked us to watch, its township, the time you agreed, and whether we have emailed you yet. We email you when we can check that property and, at most, a reminder before your township’s filing deadline. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all Watch emails for that property. Watch is free and never adds you to any other list.

We don’t sell your data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use it only to operate Morganwell: creating your account, generating your packet, and delivering your order.

Analytics

We keep a record of which properties are checked on Morganwell and what is typed into the address search, so we know which homes and townships people want covered. That record is tied to a daily-rotating code, not to your name or email. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies and sends Google your browser type, approximate location and the pages you view. We do not send it your address, email or property details. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy and security practices.
